• Carriers: We use carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Carrier selection may vary by destination and service availability.

Tracking

• After your order ships, we send an email with your tracking number, carrier, and order summary.
• Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to appear or update in the carrier system.

Shipping Address Accuracy

• Please confirm your shipping address during checkout.
• If you need to request an address change, contact us as soon as possible at support@shirtkaya.com. Changes can’t be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

Delivery Issues

• Marked delivered but not received: Please contact the carrier first. If you still need help, email us and we’ll assist with next steps. Orders marked as delivered are not typically eligible for refunds or replacements.
• In transit for more than 20 days: Contact us at support@shirtkaya.com for investigation.
• Shipped to an incorrect location (our error): We will replace your order and reship at no additional charge.
• Returned due to invalid/incomplete address: We can reship after the correct address is confirmed.
• Lost in transit (carrier confirmed): We will replace and reship the order.
• Incorrect or defective item: Contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can arrange a replacement.

Returns & Exchanges

• Return Window: Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date of your order.
• Condition: Items must be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
• Exchanges: Exchanges are available according to our policy terms.
